Superchat Careers Page Redesign

2025

Apex Inc.

Overview

My main goal was to make people feel that this page truly invites them to join Superchat. Unlike the social visuals that targeted a B2B audience, this part was designed for talented individuals who want to see the real roots of the company. I used a bento layout a lot because it brings focus and rhythm to content. Each section has its own space to breathe, yet everything connects visually like a conversation. That’s what makes the bento style so effective. It feels organized but alive, structured but still human. Gradients played a crucial role in giving the page warmth and movement. They guide the eye naturally and create the feeling of flow, just like messages moving through Superchat. To make the page more playful and brand-driven, I added stickers of the Superchat logo and founders, along with circular elements inspired by notification icons. You can spot them on the navigation bar and team section. When you hover over them, they (will) turn into chat indicators, a small but meaningful detail that reflects Superchat’s identity as a communication platform. The handwritten mockup signatures under the manifesto were added to create a stronger emotional connection with visitors. They make the founders’ vision feel more personal, authentic, and respected. The original version had smaller text and less presence, but in this version, their voice feels human and real.
